Below are the steps to integrate Gretchen with your Clio account:

1. After downloading the Gretchen app, log into your Microsoft Outlook account

1. Open any email in your inbox and click the … icon in the top right of the email

1. Click “Gretchen” in the dropdown

<aside> ℹ️ If you don’t see “Gretchen” in the dropdown, please email [email protected]

1. Once the app opens in a sidebar of your inbox, click the Login With Clio button

   

2. When prompted, click Allow

   

3. When prompted, input your Clio login credentials and click Sign In

   

4. Click ALLOW ACCESS
